Sherrika Arch is the Founder, President, and Owner of Straight Line Management LLC, a certified minority- and woman-owned firm specializing in program management, construction management, and quality assurance across industries including education, healthcare, aviation, transportation, and housing. A graduate of Prairie View A&M University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, she has called San Antonio home for over 16 years and brings extensive expertise in project oversight, quality control, scheduling, and budget management.

Her leadership and impact have been recognized with numerous awards, including the Enterprising Women Award, A/E/C Firm of the Year, the Minority Enterprise Development Award, and the San Antonio Business Journal Women in Business Award.
